Native English coaching cues
Coaching nuance — breath, bracing, "feel" cues, pacing — happens in your first language. Important when the work is technical or you are managing pain.
Exercise-science coaching in your own language — Salou, Cambrils, Vila-seca, La Pineda.
Native English coaching for people who want a long-term, carefully progressed plan. Especially suitable when ordinary gym training feels too generic after physio, injury, illness or a loss of confidence.

Personal training is technical work — breathing patterns, bracing, load progression, how a movement should feel. The details get lost when there is a language gap between you and the coach. On the Costa Daurada that gap is a real problem for English-speaking residents managing more complex training needs.

Consistent coaching for residents and expats who want a progressive plan, ongoing feedback and continuity—not a short holiday fitness block.
Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science, clinical exercise research and sports medicine experience. Programming you can actually ask questions about.
If you are managing an old injury, post-surgery rehab, pregnancy or a chronic condition, sessions are adapted around your history — not in spite of it.
The Costa Daurada has a large international community — British, Irish, Northern European, North American and Australian residents and expats. The service is built for consistent, long-term work.
Sessions are only one part of the work. Most of the value sits in the programme that travels with you — and that programme is written in clear English you can refer back to.
A relaxed conversation about your training history, current goals, any injuries or health considerations, and what success looks like for you — no jargon, no language friction.
Movement screen, training-history review, lifestyle context. Outputs are written up in English so you can refer back to them.
Written programmes, technique cues, video reviews and progress notes — all in clear English (or German if preferred). No guessing what your trainer meant.
Your programme is reviewed and adapted as your strength, symptoms, confidence and daily capacity change over time.
You don’t have to switch trainers to switch languages. Whatever language is most natural for the technical work, we use that one.

1:1 personal training is €50 per session, or €200 for a five-session block (€40 per session). Small-group training is €15 per person per session with a one-month commitment. Movement-Based Pain Management is €40 per in-person session of 45 minutes.
Personal Trainer Salou provides exercise science-based coaching, personal training, health education and rehabilitation-informed exercise support. It does not replace medical diagnosis, physiotherapy, dietetic treatment or specialist healthcare. For medical conditions, pregnancy, cancer, diabetes, neurological conditions or post-surgical recovery, coaching may be adapted alongside medical or allied-health guidance where appropriate.
